The View is not obstructed by trees at any time of year.
Neighbouring properties with many trees become totally obstructed during "green season".

Conveniently located between Liberia International Airport (about 2 hours north), and
the Juan Santamaria (San José ) Airport with a 1.5 hour drive to Puntarenas,
a charming 1.15 hour ferry ride, and 20 minutes through the true
Costa Rican countryside of the Nicoya Peninsula


Though not a "tourist trap", this area is a popular route passed through by many travelers who have
taken the Ferry from Punteranus and are on their way to towns further north on the peninsula,
such as Tamarindo, Playa del Coco, Nosara, and many others.


Aside from being in the heart of the "Blue Zone", the point of entry to come up to the property is
